This custom passive solar home was built in Alma, CO in 2005. It features a open and bright floor plan, low energy bills and an attached green-house. The Home was Designed and Built for Todd and Ashley Slater
This basement was finished in March 2007 for Chad and Susan Barnard. It features arched room dividers and a hickory built-in entertainment center with hidden doors.
This custom bar and wine cellar was completed in the spring of 2007. It was built into unfinished space of the basement for Dave and Pam Barnard.

This Home was Designed and Built for Sean and Evie Bromiley in 2006. It features Passive Solar design and a timber frame stair-case and sun-room made of douglas fir timbers.
This is one of my most recent project completed in Denver, Colorado. We changed the master bath and closet configuration. We also added a custom shower and jacuzzi tub. The finishes feature glass tile and polished slate.
This Washington Park basement was completed for Mike and Nancy Fahndrich in Novemeber 2009. It features a full bar, bath and game room.
