My job is to help you understand your new home and any possible problems. I will explain in easy terms what the problems are as well as the costs and hurdles associated with fixing them.

- I have passed InterNACHI's inspector examination
- I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Structural, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, and Wood Destroying Organisms courses
I fulfill 24 hours of continuing educatoin every year.
